ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for Automotive Design Engineers with strong experience in engineering and optimizing performance-critical vehicle systems. These roles are ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex technical problems, and can bring ideas to life through CAD modeling and prototyping.

You’ll work closely with our cross-functional team — from vehicle dynamics to manufacturing — and play a key role in shaping the next generation of VUHL’s advanced automotive systems and components.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  •  Support ongoing engineering efforts related to high-performance automotive systems.
  • Work with 3D CAD modeling tools to create and refine complex assemblies and surfaces.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with high-quality standards in all documentation.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across design, manufacturing, and quality.
  • Assist in reviewing and validating designs to meet structural and performance expectations.
  • Contribute to process improvement and efficient communication within the engineering team.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive or motorsport design and engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD tools such as Siemens NX and Catia.
  • Deep understanding of materials, lightweight structures, and mechanical systems.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing deadlines.
  • Experience in high-performance vehicles, composites, or motorsport projects is a big plus.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
  • A valid passport and US visa are desirable.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative engineering environments is essential.
